Goulds is a Multi-Family land deal located in Miami Florida with potential to build over 250 units. Our plan is to flip the land upon acquisition and we are excited to say we already have it under contract with a buyer. We have begun architectural design and received T-Plat approval. We expect to close on this property as well as sell it in December 2022.
